This range possesses optimized design of static mixers that facilitates in achieving excellent mixing with the lowest pressure loss possible. These are ideal for low viscosity fluids, high viscosity fluids, fibrous materials, or just the need for a quick flash blend.

Design Principle These possess carefully designed fixed mixing elements within a pipe that ensure mixing between two or more fluids. It creates very little pressure drop and provides excellent mixing. These are used for blending as well as mixing and are also called “motionless mixers”, because the mixing is done by permanently affixed mixing fins, obstructions, or channels mounted in pipes, designed for promoting mixing as fluid flows through the mixes.
It helps clients achieve homogeneity of composition in liquid without the need for external process mixing, which can be very costly. These are sized/ designed considering the flow rate and properties of the fluid. It helps calculate the number of mixing elements required to produce a homogeneous mixture.
