The Emergency & Conservation Vents that we offer provide emergency pressure relief for storage tanks when exposed to over pressures that are not handled by standard tank vents. Our range offers capacity to meet API standard 2000 for emergency venting due to fire exposure when properly sized. It also provides quick & easy access for tank inspection and maintenance whilst providing relief from pressure and vacuum. The vacuum relief is achieved through the attached special spring loaded venting devices.

Our range begins to relieve the pressure during excessive pressure being built inside the vent and dissipates the overpressure onto the base. These are made available in several materials that are resistant to most petroleum product applications. Our range has the setting ranging from minimum of 50mm W.C to a maximum of 700mmW.C. These are also offered in varied sizes such as 400, 450, 500 and 600mm with flange drilling according to ANSI 150lb or API650 standards.

These are manufactured using superior quality non sparking materials with calibrated scales for precise and quick measuring of fuel levels. Our range is designed keeping in mind the safety of the person inspecting the tanks. These are simple to use as the user just needs to dip the stick into the tank and read the fuel levels against the calibrated scale on the side of the dip stick.

Our clients can avail from us Vents and Fill Caps. These are superior in quality and specifically designed for holding constant tank pressures whilst reducing evaporation loss, contamination intake, over expansion, and contraction of tanks. Our range is ideally used in above ground storage and tanks holding gasoline or diesels. These can also be mounted on top of the filler cap for specific operational purposes.

We have in our repertoire a qualitative assortment of Gauge Hatch. These gauges are made using quality materials and components. This range is ideal for controlling evaporation process and dip measurement as well as sampling purposes. These are generally placed on top of the tanks and easily be opened by pressing the latch with hand or foot. We offer these gauge hatches with bleeder attachment to make possible pressure relieving before opening the tank.

Application:

The gauge hatches we offer allow easy access to atmospheric liquid storage tank for manual level measurement (dipping), temperature measurement and sampling.

Principle of Operation:

It provides access to tanks where manual level gauging, temperature measurement or sampling is required. This range comprises safety pedal that allows the operator to open the gauge hatch whilst remaining 'hand free' to carry out required measuring.

Principle of Operation:

These covers provide access to tanks for maintenance and cleaning purposes. The manhole is secured by a transverse beam, which is attached to the center of the cover. This ensures even distribution of the holding down force to form a gas tight fitting.
