We are engaged in offering our clients with a qualitative range of Orifice Plate Assembly Flow Elements. Our range includes weld neck, screwed, slip-on forged flanges, flange taps, vent and drain. The Orifice plates are made using SS and Monel with tag and design as per B.S./A.P.I. Standards. These are also provided with HT Bolts & Nuts and Jack screws.

We are engaged in offering our esteemed clients with a qualitative assortment of Industrial Manometers. These are widely used for pressure and vacuum measurements in various applications and also for flow measurement techniques. Our range is made available in wall-mounting or pedestal type and 'U' tube or single limb type. These are also offered in inclined type or provided with a vernier scale for obtaining greater accuracy. Moreover, we offer our clients with industrial manometers in the following types:

 

Single Limb Manometers :

These are made available with a well, having a larger area to that of the manometer tube with the level variation being negligible to the rise in level in the Manometer tube. It comprises scales that are prepared in a manner to compensate the level change in the well. We also have with us multi tube manometers with individual wells that are used for acquiring multiple reading of pressure. These are ideal for tank level gauging with purge tube.

 

'U' Tube Manometer :

We offer our clients with standard 'U' tube type manometer that has two straight glass tubes with a 'U' bend at the bottom end. These comprise top and bottom blocks and are fitted with accessories like external zero adjuster valve, safety cover, filling and drain plugs, catch pots, zero leak ball check valves, zero adjustable scale, vernier scale, leveling screws, and swiveling body.

Check Valve and Return Wells :

The check valve that we offer is used for preventing the fluid from leaving the manometer if the instrument is operated beyond the range. Wherein the return wells are used to prevent loss of the indicating fluid by collecting the over flow fluid and returning it to the Manometer.

We offer our clients with a qualitative range of Flow Switches. These are offered in Plunger-Flapper-Paddle-Diaphragm Types, Magnetic Glandless Switching, Micro Switch, Mercury and Air break Types. Our range is also made available in Flanged and screwed connections for alarms, tank overflow and motor control. These are specially designed for: vertical/ horizontal flow.

We offer our clients with a qualitative range of Thermocouples. These are designed and manufactured for measuring temperatures ranging from 150°C to 1600°C and are highly accurate as well as sensitive. Our range of thermocouples is made available with thermowells of different materials to suit the application requirements of clients. These are basically composed of two dissimilar metal wires that are butt welded together in a circuit. This circuit creates a small EMF in accordance with See back effect between the measuring and reference junctions, which can be measured in pyrometer in terms of temperature. Our range is fabricated using gas or arc welding or resistance welding in accordance with ISA recommendations.

 

Special Thermocouple :

We also offer our clients with Special Thermocouples that comprises assembly of single or duplex thermocouple elements with cylindrical ceramic insulators encased in a spring loaded stainless tube. These are offered with screwed cover head and pipe nipple with 4 ¼' NPT mounting thread. The last inch of the well bore is reduced in diameter to provide a tight fit around the sensitive tip of thermocouple. It also provides the clients with high speed response during temperature change. These also comprise spring loaded feature that ensures positive metal to metal contact between the thermocouple and well whilst allowing the highest rate of heat transfer to the measuring junction. The spring padding allows movements of the thermal element due to expansion and contraction without damage to the element or connecting head and terminal block.
